"just like that..." Different people have told me the same thing: that I have a habit of leaving the room, or even the house, with no warning and few words of farewell. This blog is called such because this is my record of the little things happen "just like that". I started this blog to update family and friends while in Honduras; I have continued it to keep them informed of my stateside activities and adventures.

- I am recently back after 18 months of service as a volunteer with World Gospel Mission in Honduras. I spent my days teaching English, learning Spanish, and hanging out with some very cool teenagers. In the process, I learned about people, compassion, prayer, and God's grace throughout the world. It has only ignited my desire to live my life in service to God and others. Mark 12: 28-31
